Acceptance

By downloading or using NoGPS, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What NoGPS does

NoGPS helps you inspect and remove GPS location and other metadata from photos you choose. Processing is performed on device. You are responsible for deciding which photos to clean, save, or share.

Acceptable use

You may use NoGPS only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights of others. Do not use the app to misrepresent evidence, violate platform rules, or support harmful activity.

NoGPS Pro

NoGPS Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features such as batch cleaning and removing all metadata. Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. Refunds and billing support are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

Backups and results

NoGPS is intended to create cleaned copies before sharing. You should keep backups of important photos. Metadata formats can vary by image type, camera, editor, and operating system. While NoGPS is designed to remove privacy-sensitive fields, we cannot guarantee every possible metadata field in every possible file will be removed.

The app and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NoGPS.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NoGPS after changes means you accept the updated terms.
