NoGPS
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
Summary
NoGPS is designed to clean photo metadata on your device. We do not require an account, do not upload your photos, and do not operate a cloud service for photo processing.
Photos and metadata
When you choose photos in NoGPS, the app reads those selected images so it can detect and remove GPS location and other embedded metadata. This processing happens locally on your device.
NoGPS does not send your photos, metadata, GPS coordinates, or cleaned copies to us.
Photo library permissions
NoGPS may request access to selected photos so you can inspect and clean them. If you save cleaned copies, iOS may ask for permission to add photos to your library. These permissions are used only to provide the app features you choose.
Share extension
The NoGPS share extension receives only the photos you explicitly share to it from iOS. Cleaning still happens locally on your device.
Purchases
NoGPS Pro purchases and restores are handled by Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Apple may process purchase information according to Apple's own privacy policy. NoGPS stores a local entitlement flag so the main app and share extension can recognize your Pro unlock.
Analytics, ads, and tracking
NoGPS does not include third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or analytics SDKs. The app does not sell personal data.
Website
This website may be served by a hosting provider that receives standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and request time, to keep the site secure and reliable. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.
